Ears..

Do rabbits get waxy ears? The sun just shone on poppys uppy ear and it it looked waxy can't see in the other one so was just wondering, what else could it be? She doesn't seem bothered

Yes, a certain amount of wax in the ear canal is a normal finding. But an excessive build up could be indicative of a problem

Without being able to see for myself I dont know if what is in your Rabbit's ears is normal or not. If you remain concerned or if the Rabbit is scratching her ear and/or shaking her head a lot then I'd get the Vet to take a look.

Yeah I tried to get a picture but she kept moving haha!
She's going in for her spay on Tuesday so I'll ask the vet to have a look.
