Ulcers on the tongue

After having Patchies seen by the vet on wednesday, his eating has gotten a lot better but not 100% yet. I got to see in his mouth with the little thing they have and I seen an ulcer. The vet said when he done his teeth he could see quite a few ulcers. But never said anything I could possibly do to help. I have been feeding him softer food, like mushy pellets and softer fruits. But is there anything I can do??

Is he on pain relief? Ulcers are very painful obviously. Hopefully they will heal quickly now he's had his dental xx

I think he should be that's why I am gonna speak to another vet on monday.
