I dont' have any pictures but have you tried this site? http://www.dulux.co.uk/projects/index.jsp

You can upload a picture of your own room or use their pictures and try out lots of different colours. My room is a sort of duck egg blue on 3 walls and a deep greenish colour on the other (sounds disgusting but its quite nice really:D)

Ooops forgot about this thread.

Anyone got a pastel green/pink room? I dont know whether to do that or turquoise? As I already have 3 light pink walls and I could do one in pastel green..... Heeelp me guys :D

I hate how small my room is but I love how I have it now its green. It's really a nice warm, happy colour. Here's some pics, I painted it white with a hint of apple I think.

Not brilliant pics but gives you an idea my rooms really difficult to take pics of
Sorry they're so big

I am hopefully going to redecorate too, at some point! Can't afford laminate but getting some 'fake laminate' as it will be cleaner for Boris and the rats. I was going to go for a green colour but I couldn't find one I like and I like some red coloured furnishings. So I think I'm going to have a grey/y coloured wallpaper with black flowers on, on one wall where my fireplace is and then the rest a grey/y colour, doesn't sound very nice but does look it and then I can have red furnishings

Your choices look lovely, but what happened to the turquoise theme? I love turquoise. I decorated my spare room in the colour for my neices when they come to visit.

It's a bit old fashioned shabby chic so I hope my teenage neices like it. It's much easier for you cos you can choose whatever you like :)

The chair was a second hand from ebay, the shabby chic bedside table was £45 from a local shop, the lamp and shade were from homebase and the fake fur bedspread was £16 from TKMaxx, so all in it wasn't very expensive.

I love turquoise. Here are the pics of my old room (now my sisters as I moved out). However, I have used a shade of turquoise again in my lounge because I love it so much-a lighter shade this time tho.

Liz1966, I LOVE your chair, i want one just like it for my lounge (not that I have the room, I just love it)
