Thanks, another useful link! My work computer wasn't displaying it correctly but I still managed to read it but couldnt see the date it was published?

I can't see a date either - the references at the bottom are as recent as 2010, so the article is at least 2010 or newer though. I've only had a quick read but I'm also going to put this in the Health sticky so it's easy to find at a later date. :wave:

thank you - interesting that they do mention use of steroids in the acute phase - although with caution.
