Has anyone just seen the wild polecat in a Cheshire back garden? I can't believe the house owner had a rabbit free-ranging in the garden whilst the polecat was bobbing around :shock:. She seemed like an intelligent woman but clearly was incredibly stupid :roll:.

I had one in my front garden around three years ago:shock::shock:
Luckily my piggies and bunnies were in the back and not free ranging.
Even my two cats ran in scared and it tried to get in through the catflap:shock:

I saw that too:shock: can't believe how stupid some people are:? she had a gorgeous dutch bunny running around the garden with wild polecats popping up unedr her decking:shock:
Surely she MUST know that Polecats will kill the bunny

Basically, yes.Its just the colour.
Its a Mustelidea Ptorius furo....
