A bit of a long shot but has anyone had a Rabbit (or any other Pet) diagnosed with a tumour on the Pituitary Gland ?

What were his symptoms Karen ?
The main symptoms (trying to list in order of them occuring) were:
hair loss, starting from the rump and working upwards
dry, flaky, itchy skin
patches of dark pigment appearing over the body
hard lumps developing, along with the skin becoming really delicate - she would cut and bruise really easily
muscle weakness and a loss of body tone

Pituitary tumours are quite common in rats- they usually show signs of confusion, lack of use of the front legs and sometimes circling. The most usual form of treatment is steriods and some people also use galastop oral.
