Brian -U/D 6th March Post 29- Long, Sorry :-(

Jack's-Jane

Wise Old Thumper
The poor lad cannot stop humping and buzzing and spraying. If he is not humping Bobbie he is trying to get in her ears  or licking her feet. It is relentless. Poor Bobs just lets him get on with it, but it has gotten beyond being a bit of a nuisance now. Brian could not be more 'rampant' if he were an entire Buck. He sprays all the time and seldom stops his antics long enough to eat

So he is off to the Sex Addiction Clinic (AKA C's !!) tomorrow before he loses more weight from all the stress

 my Digby is getting that way too at the moment! I was beginning to doubt that he's been neutered!

The poor boy is frantically nesting now

I am sure someone posted about their bunnies building nests as a pain reaction :? Can't remember who though. I know Herman gets really humpy with Dave when his teeth start bothering him, its one of his early indicators

No, he is obviously not relaxed or happy and you wouldn't have him that way. Are there any viable treatments?

Well it would seem that surgery is the most likely but according to what I have read so far it would be very high risk and certainly a job for a Specialist. C and Laura would not attempt it.

There is the possibility of drug treatment, one being Lupron, it is a form of hormone therapy often used in part of the chemotherapy treatment of prostate cancer and breast cancer in humans

I guess we just have to wait and see what the ultrasound reveals next week.
