How lovely! I think the oldest horse we had when I was a baby was somewhere in his twenties. I don't remember a lot about any of our horses and over the years I've developed allergies to them that are severe. Pity, because I still dream of riding and watching them run and frolic in paddock just lifts my heart unlike anything else.
