I wonder if eBay would do anything about it if a few people reported it?
Alternatively, it would make a nice little shelter for inside a run for £30, if anyone wanted to buy it quick before it gets used as a hutch!
Edit: Perhaps the seller could be persuaded to amend the listing to sell as a shelter rather than a permanent home? You never know, it might not sell at all.

What are the dimensions of this hutch? The minimum size for a rabbit hutch is recommended as 6ft x 2ft x 2ft - perhaps if the item could be renamed as a rabbit shelter or hideaway it would ensure that no rabbit ends up living in it permanently, and it might attract more interest for you?
