Today (ish!) is Salem's 13th birthday! :D

Salem is the best cat in the world and my best friend :love:

Here are some recent pictures of him hating the snow! :lol: He still has little baldy bits from his recent stay at the vets, so I'm not surprised he doesn't want to get cold!

Hope its ok to say this, but hes lucky he got to see his 13th birthday after everything!!

Give him a chin rub from me...and a paw massage...and all the other things that Cat Mums like to do to their cats.You know what Im sayin'??

Absolutely!

So many tests, the worry that he might have cancer, the trips to my vet, the trips to the specialist vet in Liverpool, the diagnosis - the heart problem, the bowel condition, the medication twice a day... (The bills! :shock:)

I thought I was losing him :cry:

I treasure every day we have together, and I'll never take him for granted. He's looked after me since I was a teenager, and I hope I can look after him into old, old, old age.

He's very, very special :love:

Get this.My Siamese,Gus, has tiddled all over my recycle bag of paper outside.I cleared it up.Settled again to watch Call The Midwife and put my thumb in my mouth.

You want a Siamese????? Free delivery???

I don't know why his fur is taking so long to grow back! Maybe it's a side effect of the steroids?

He is certainly still beautiful! :love:
 
Just showed Thumper Salem's pictures!!! He chin rubbed the laptop (he chins everything!!!!!).
