erm are you meant to let identichip know if your pet has died? as locksley was microchipped but ii never told them he died, and just looking at certifcate for sox microchip just received now and on change of detals bit, it says death of pet, i never did anything when locksley died should i of?

had to email tehm anyway as they only got my email wrong

I never told them when my Barney cat died, never gave it a thought.

It's worth telling them so they don't send you inappropriate mailings, or send stuff to the wrong address if you move.

ill have to have a rummage around for locksley details, i moved them when he died :cry:

Is it ok to ask what paperwork and admin stuff you get with microchipping?

(Sorry, it must be hard having to look through stuff related to him)

I am going to get Ada chipped soon.

I suppose, in theory, it is a good thing to notify them. Bet lots of folk (me included) have never thought to do so.

they send you a certifcate with detals on that you provide to them which is stored on database, i put it with hs vaccination card and insurance forms, but then moved them to somewhere else then wouldn;t get mixed up with mabels
