Potato - how much is considered toxic?

Jacq

Lulu has by passed all the fresh veg in the cupboard and has eaten about a teaspoon worth of raw potato including the skin. She's been poorly and not eating properly ( seen by vet). Does potato contain anything benefical which she may have been trying to get.

Thanks. Moved them out of the way now, though neither of them have been interested before.

Whoever said that rabbits stay away from things harmful to them was talking rubbish :lol: My Oidhche used to take chunks out of potatoes and even onions (which are extremely toxic so watch out for that one). I always thought they were just nosy little sods who can't resist eating everything within sight...but it's a very interesting point that they might be 'craving' things. *goes off to hunt*

Lots of vibes to Lulu that she gets better soon.
