my bun has dentals and gets runny eyes,her bonded partner keeps licking her eyes and its causing her to lose her fur round her eyes how can i get him to stop without splitting them up?

she does get runny eyes due to her dentals but dufus is making them worse constantly licking them,its a shame he never grooms her apart from her eyes
