I agree. Just because he's hiding them doesn't mean they're not there and ready to be chopped off. I know a bun who "hid" his up until he was 14 months old where his owner (and vet) had enough and put him under, expecting to have to deal with undescended testicles, but when he was under they were VERY obvious, and VERY dropped!
