Matilda gave me a bit of a fright...

She came bombing out of her little tray/hay tray, and started coughing, and sneezing and grunting!

I flung myself off my bed!

managed to grab her and put her on my chair, had a look at her face and pulled out...

a huge peice of hay from her NOSE!! but the bit of hay that look like the 'bottle brushes'! the little fluffey bit! no idea what they are called!

Is rather funny now, but was abit scary!

Oh my gosh! That is scary. It is a good thing that you heard her and reacted.

I'm glad she's okay. It can be so scary when they do something like that. Mallow is a specialist in the 'dead bunny flop'.
