Shifted 45 barrows of bunny poo and hay on Saturday . . .

It was our monthly clean (we 'spot clean' c10 barrow loads every week) . . I have always said we should count how many barrows of hay and aubiose (and poo) we shift on a cleaning day . .

Especially as each barrow has to be taken 250m to the allotment and brought 250m back - so thats 1/2 km each barrow load

So on a monthly clean I walk 22km!!! (except this month we had help:lol::lol


Then today we had to try and 'turn' the heaps so they start mixing and rotting and making compost . . .

Steve (OH) is standing about 50cms above ground level in one of the compost heaps:lol::lol::lol:

Anyone want some used straw???? Please!!!
