I just wanted to post to let you know of my recent bonding success
I have paired my large lop doe with an itty bitty rescue nethie X fluff bun! It's not the most obvious pairing because of the size difference but they are a match made in heaven I used the 'dating' method which the rescue centre suggested. My buns are now totally in love and living together in their crate and pen which I worked out today span 55 sq feet- I am proud of myself . They also get nice exploring time around the flat.
I wanted to write a note to let people know how happy my original bun is now. I was worried having a husbun would change her, but she is just the same but much happier- I have never seen her so relaxed.
So… anyone wondering about a second bun GO FOR IT! I thought my bun was as happy as possible but turns out I was wrong.
