How to attach levels/shelves ?

I want to build a second level / shelf for my Oscar in his shed just wondering how to attach it and how to attach a ramp etc
If any one has them in they're she'd could you share some pics please :thumb:
Btw his shed is a 6x4
 
my dad attached another level for me in my playhouse for Pebbles.

he put 4 pieces of wood round the edge and then one through the middle- to hold the shelf for on top

and then put the shelf ontop my screws i think

(sorry rubbish explanation)

I made a shelf with ikea lack tables:

I've also got a thin plywood shelf on top with a tablecloth covering it, but you can either stick carpet tiles on top of the tables or stick sticky-back-plastic on. The lack tables aren't too slippy by themselves but I prefer to give them a bit of grip just incase.

Since they're only 45cm high my rabbits can jump up easily, but you can always have a box or a stool underneath to allow them to jump up more easily. A ramp takes up a lot of space and is a pain to construct, whereas a box or stool is easier to have around!
