Why do I do this??

The buns (Roland and Mrs Bun) have a 10x12 shed.
In it is a metal office cupboard, a table and a sofa, along with thir 6x2x2 hutch.
The door is a stable door,with a mesh door frame to close on the top door when its pushed open so i let the bunnies run in the shed on wet/cold days.
Why is it,at night, I lock them in the hutch?? They are quite safe with the door closed fully.
Yet I still pop them away nightly and open the hutch in the morning.
I dont get me sometimes!!:lol::lol::lol:

I think its natural we want to give them extra security and warm. Afterall they are nice and cosy in their hutch and not planning to chew their way out. :lol:

I think it's because you just want to make sure they are safe and cosy. I also like them shut in because then I think the extra space is novel during the day and doesn't get as boring as quickly.
