I don't understand why there is a ramp for such a small space :? and the space is hardly.. 'space'. Such an odd design :? (overall a small cage but just :?)

It says for rabbits on the site I was on looking for rabbit toys and an advert for cages came up and I saw that strange thing :?
I know, how anyone would think that's a good cage :roll:
