I have ordered a book called " The Private life of the Rabbit " by R Lockley. Has anyone here read this book, and if so what did you think? cheers

I bought it in July,but not got around to reading it yet.Richard Adams did a piece at the front-like an introduction.He referred to this book when writing Watership Down.I think it was his "bible"at the time!

ya i heard that. im surprised more on here havnt read it eventhough its reviews online have been mixed. i hope to find out more about the underground behaviour of the rabbit as wel as the different stages of life.

i have to say this book was an excellent read and very informative. recomend it for anyone who has wildies or is interested in them.
