You would need a 5ft double abslolut minimum. 6ft would be much better! :wave:
Some good makers are:
- Happy hutch
- the rabbit hutch shop
- Rydale
- Custom hutches and runs (on facebook)

ETA: here is my setup, from the rabbit hutch shop. I got it on gumtree for £50!
its 6ft x 2ft x 2ft hutch with a 6ft x 4ft run :wave:

Set up like this, it will need repainting in Spring, should have done it this year but didn't get round to it. Had it since July 2010 (bunnies moved in in September 2010!).
In hindsight I wish I had room for a shed instead, but my patio is too small for a great lump of shed or playhouse.
They do double storeys too, but a hutch/run offers more bouncing space than a tall double!

Sorry I forgot to mention, the hutch is for a shed , my bunnie has floor space but only needs to be shut in the hutch at night, she currently has a 4ft hutch and a 5ft by 4ft shed enclosure. we are just insulating the shed so the bunnies are in theire hutches for a few days, also in a couple of weeks we are getting runs to attach to the shed.

We bought a P@H 5ft for £99 and its pretty good actually
the locks are little and a bit pathetic but thats easily fixed Plus if your using it for a shed that it doesnt matter anyway here is a pic of ours (the pic is with it set up with the run but it might help anyway!)

Oh No! I didnt realise they didnt sell it anymore! Have you tried in store rather than online? some shops might still have one or two in stock? When i bought mine it wasnt on the website but was available instore! Its a nice hutch and I was suprised at that becuase it was from P@H!!

Next time I go to pets at home I will see if it is there, My 2 bonded bunnies have a 5ft double storey hutch, i brought it 4 years ago off ebay ( brand new) its a lovely sized hutch, its just the height is not so brilliant :? they normally have the shed split into 2, but we have being insulating it and sadly we ran out of wood so the bunnies are in hutches for a while here is a link of my 2 bonded bunnies hutch: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5ft-Doubl...ll_Animals&hash=item2eb9d6024e#ht_1853wt_1270
