  • Please Note - Medical Advice

Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

We are very grateful to members who take time to answer other members questions, but please do be clear in your replies that you are sharing personal experience and not giving instructions on what must be done.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

Dental, again :(

Only had one on the 7th November.

Just over 3 weeks, that's utter pants Ginger. We can do better than that.

She did have her stasis episodes mixed in there so i'm sure that's contributed, but we made 11 weeks before, now we're down to 3.

Sorry, just venting.

Oh that's rubbish :( poor Ginger. Is she having it today? Sending vibes and noserubs x

No, it's booked for Monday morning, as i want a certain vet to do it and she's not available until then.

Ginger's alright, not in pain, still eating etc, but is starting to display the very early signs of needing one.

Oh thats rubbish, poor little mite

must be so stressful for you too Gray, Gingers a lucky lady to have your strength and support to get her through the tough times

It is awful :( My Ellie did the same thing. Went from every 6 weeks to suddenly needing one just 3 weeks after the last. Sending many many good luck vibes that everything goes well on Monday for her and that she is happy and healthy for a good while afterwards!

I'm sorry to hear Ginger's teeth are causing trouble so soon again. Vibes coming your way (((((((((Ginger)))))))))))
