Theres a few others but here just a selection of them, when i have some more money after christmas or whatever i want to order archie some things off pet planet as i like the website and then i came across them things that were under the treats, does anyone no what they actually are and should i give them a miss or do you think they are fine for archie to chew on

They're made by Ferplast, the (too-small) cage manufacturers:

Made from cornstarch they have no nutritional value and will not modify their diet. Very useful as pastime for our small animals, they always keep teeth well polished reducing excessive growth.

It sounds a bit like straw - something that could fill them up but with no nutritional value - but maybe that wouldn't matter much in a treat, given that it's small.

I would prefer to give them something that was nutritious as well as nice. There are lots of gnawing treats made by places like Rosewood Naturals and Excel which are carrot, apple or herb based.

Thanks guys, i'll look into getting him some other treats and natural wood sticks to chew then, its not till february but im looking and idea's for his first birthday already lol, so i know pricing,,, think im going to end up spending to much

Theres also things like:

Etc, I also buy mint and parsley plants from morrisons, 2 for 99p and plant them and they last ages.

Another nice treat is dried plantain leaves from Willow Warren :) i havent actually tried them myself yet but mine love fresh plantain.
