Do you re-glue bits of chewed-off wallpaper?

After being so good for five days loose in the house, the buns turned a little destructive today. Their first victim was an innocent telephone extension lead. The replacement - cost under £3 - will be going over, rather than under doors, and hung on hooks on the wall. Not a problem.

Then I find Ada sitting surrounded by bits of wallpaper. Looks like she's eaten a negligible amount, just pulled it off the wall.
Wondering whether to glue it back on or not.
The house is quite nicely decorated and I want to do my best to maintain it even if they're not making it easy just now.

I had planned, if they got like this, to put puppy pen fencing round everything so they didn't have a chance to chew it. Looks like I'll be putting that into action in the not too distant future.
