health issue advice needed

hi not been on for a couple of days,mad house.took on an unwanted bun yesterday and afew queries with him.he is booked in see vet tomorrow just want see what you guys think.area around his penis looks red and inflammed with not scabs but small crusts.his doodar cant come out if that makes sense?when you took it small drops of fluid come out.he looks rather sad and havent seen him wee yet but pooping plenty.any idea what could be up with him?

It sounds like he likely can't wait until tomorrow. If you can get him seen ASAP that would probably be preferable. It could be something that doesn't prevent him weeing, but it could be something that prevents him weeing, especially if you have not seen any evidence of wee yet and you've had him since yesterday.
