I heat mine for 5 minutes, in the cover, in a 900w microwave. I don't have the packaging to tell you how it differs with different microwaves though sorry! I also leave it in for a minute or 2 after it's stopped and it holds that little bit more

Don't leave them in for longer than in the instructions say, I've heard of snugglesafes melting/exploding when left too long

Does it not have it printed on the plastic bit, under the cover? I'm sure mine does!

Mine too. Six mins in an 800W microwave though.
