All purpose silicon sealant?

I've used it before Becki. Just make sure it's not somewhere that the buns can't eat it. If I use it inside hutches, I'm really careful to push it into the cracks and wipe off all the excess with a wet finger (put a carrier bag over your hand if you don't want sealant all over your hand)

Baby wipes take it off your fingers without any mess!
