Hiccups?

hi guys, i dont mean to sound really silly here, but can rabbits get hiccups? Ziggys making hiccupy noises just now and ive never heard her do this before..xx

Yes, they can. It scared the life out of me first time Bubbles did it though. :lol:

Yes, it's a bit alarming when you first see them having hiccups, isn't it?!

I have a great video clip of Paddy having wee grunty hiccups. :lol:

Yes! Thumper had hiccups just a few short weeks ago whilst lying prone, relaxed, in her run. Her chest area 'jerked' but she didn't look distressed so I wasn't overly worried but nevertheless asked the same question that you just have! :lol:
