Help with the Winter

Is the run attached? If it is then they have the option to go in or out. If not, then can you attach it? Maybe with a runaround tunnel kit?

Last winter i shut my rabbits up in their hutch in the snowy weather as they were only babies. Im not sure whether to do that this year or not? because its a choice between hutch with straw in bedroom and living area or run with only straw in the bedroom.
