Hi all,
I am off on holiday next week, and my friend who was supposed to be staying at mine to look after the rabbits has just told me that she can no longer do it.. So annoyed!!

Please can anyone recommend a bunny boarder in Essex?? I realise I won't be left with much choice at this late stage but I'm desperate to find the best possible place for them. I'd be willing to travel, especially if its on the route to Cornwall as that's where I'll be heading!!

Oh dear, what a worry! You could try pm'ing xMissySJx on here, she's near Maldon and has mostly stopped boarding now but may be able to help you out on short notice as she's not running it as an extensive service any more.

Or if you're heading across to the South West, there are some excellent boarders round SW London, although they may well be fully booked up because it's August, there's the Duchess on here, Winnersh Warrens http://winnershwarren.moonfruit.com/ or the Little Warrens http://www.thelittlewarrens.com/

Good luck, I hope you manage to find somewhere you're happy with, although obviously at short notice and in peak season, it's more than likely that you'll only get lucky if there's been a cancellation at somewhere decent like those above.

Just to add to Santa's post, there is also Bunny Bunkhouse in the same area as the others mentioned (www.bunnybunkhouse.co.uk) - she often takes bunnies when Jo at the Little Warrens is not able to. Bobtails rescue also sometimes take Boarders (they are in Sutton).
