Cheapest place to get a Snugglesafe?

It's £12.88 on VetUK and it's free postage when you spend over £19.
I would have thought they would be selling for cheaper now than they will be in winter because not many people will buy them at this time of year.
ETA: actually I think the free delivery is only for things which can be sent as a letter and the snugglesafe wouldn't fir under that. Sorry
