Oh dear, it sounds like he might be poorly. Is he eating? Offer him his favourite treats now and see if he accepts them. Put a little bowl of water right next to him too. How warm are his ears? Has he been like this all day?

He sounds like he is in distress so I would get a vet appointment urgently

Hope he's ok.

I would call an emergency vet and explain the symptoms and see what they say.

thanks, he's only been like this for the past few hours and he's still eating and drinking.

The 'only' in what you said is a worry. I would be taking mine straight down if they started showing signs like that.

Have you called the vets?

Rabbits can go downhill so quickly. Something is obviously wrong and my advice would be to get him to a vet urgently.
