What is this on her foot?

Hey

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what this is on Molly's foot. She's always had it (this is an old photo of her hocks), but looked at this "lump" today and it's really white underneath the fur, like its infected. I'm not sure if its supposed to look like that, or if its normal for it to be there. It is the same on both feet, and it is easily movable.

Looks like a callous but I cant tell from a photo if it has become infected.

ok thanks. the vet looked at it today. I'll get her to look it on Monday when I go again. I've never really looked at it before because I thought it was a pad of a toe, so don't know what its looked like before.
