Is this the baby on antibiotics ?

With true bloat the Rabbit will be anorexic, hunched up and possibly tooth grinding, depressed, hypothermic. Respiratory effort may be increased as the bloated stomach prevents the lungs from fully inflating.

I am thinking maybe it was an overfull bladder :?

Soon as I have a slightly skinnier baby and a soaking wet cushion.

He is pooing, running around, into everything, though a little bigger than normal :?

It does not sound like bloat but without being able to examine him it is impossible to say what may be going on. If his abdomen looks distended then obviously it is abnormal, the only way to ascertain a diagnosis is to get a Vet to examine him.

A swollen stomach in a young rabbit could indicate coccidia - worth speaking to vets and treating as a precaution? :?
