Summer and Meadow's first time in their new run! They haven't fathomed out what the cat flap is for yet, but we'll be working on that. However, after being carried around to the other side, they have had a good explore as you can see from the pictures below:

We made it ourselves. Ordered the mesh from ebay (have a ton of it left :roll: ) and then got the wood from Wickes. That was £7.95 for 8 2.4 metre lengths - we used two packs. Neither of us are wood work people but it was really easy to do!

That looks fab!!

The whole grasping the flap idea is what I'm worried about to when I move my two outside. If you have any tips on how to make it easier let me know x

No, not yet! They are far away on the lawn in their own run, so any relationship will be a long distance one!:lol:

:lol: We just left them in there today to see what would happen. Eventually Summer sussed out the flap and went inside. Poor Meadow was slightly more confused by the situation and had to be guided through the flap...fun and games! Neither of them came back out again though, but they know where the access is now at least. I'm sure they'll trust it more over time...:?
