I have a 2 year old spayed doe who has always been perfectly litter trained, however for the last month she has started pooping and peeing right outside her litter tray.
The weird thing is she uses her litter tray fine and then seems to deliberately save a bit just so she can poop/pee outside of the box!
The only thing that has changed is her diet, could that be causing the sudden change in behavoiur?
