Well after my vet consulted with Richard Saunders we have changed Bluebells antibiotics to metronidazole which he has been on for about a month. I am so please with the improvement, no uncontrollable sneezing fits, just normal intermittant sneezing which is certainly less frequent and his front legs which were previously caked in mucus (where he wiped his nose on them) are clearing up too, even his weight seems stablised.
My question is we discussed also using penicillin injections once I was back from my holiday, but given the risks and his improvement would you still try it or would you just carry on with the current treatment and see how he goes?
(Note he's also on bisolvon, bio-lapis, enchinea (not continuosly) and piriton)
