did anyone see the channel 5 report many months back about the orphaned levret rescued and brought up by a family..even going to bed with the daughter..lounging watching tv etc...she was a beautiful hare

I know Beatrix Potter had a pet rabbit she kept on a harness/lead and took for walks and had in the house. Was in one of the books I read a long, long time ago.
Nice to know that rabbits and hares have been treated as companions rather than commercial creatures, for a long time.
wow - thats really interesting....I thought it interesting too that the hare would want to play not just early evening but especially before a storm...
