Yeah it is lots of patience and a good camera (SLR) so you get plenty of light and a quick camera action.

Bruce has been very hard to catch but Womble does seem to have a 5 min frenzy were she runs the same route over and over so I/we just position ourselves and wait. 1 in 50 may come out good but i got a very boring life :)

Here's my fav of Womble although not perfect (yet :) )
