Runs on grass

Hi all, does everyone keep their runs on grass all year round? if so is it ok for the rabbits to eat wet/damp grass or getting bit damp? or do you either put it on concrete or put slabs in the run? Just trying to get a picture of what people do? I have my main hutch/run on concrete but am looking to put a runaround pipe to their smaller hutch which has a removable bottom so they could eat grass or cover it up to be dry, however im wondering if its safe for them to be on the grass all year round? :wave:
