Can rabbits leave their Mum at 8weeks?

There is an advert on preloved offering 8 week old babies 'ready now'.

Is 8 weeks okay? I thought it was 12?

Thanks

8 weeks is standard, but you can get away with a bit more with some bunnies. At 12 weeks the baby boys might already be prospective daddies, so definitely before then.

I seperated our boys (when we had the accidental litter) from Pumpkin and the girls at 8 weeks. However, they didn't leave us until they were around 13/14 weeks. Wanted to make sure they were eating fine and happily first :D

The majority of people say a minimum of 8 weeks to rehome, everyone has their own policies though and I know a few people will keep the runts for a bit longer
