i remember when i was little, my stepdad would go out into the woods and get "milk thistle" for the rabbit and guinea pig.
they would go mad for it, the rabbit especially.

does anyone know what it looks like?
and if it is safe for rabbits?

trying to build up a list of things i can find when i go foraging!

ah cool thanks.
i thought they were just normal thistles so i was ignoring the ones that looked like that when i was searching

there is a HUGE patch of those growing right near my house!

does anyone know if they are safe? don't want to risk it if not :)
(i will also post pictures of the patch and the plants i cut before i feed since i'm not sure)

Milk thistle is suggested as a supportive therapy for buns with liver problems, so it's definitely safe in general, but I have no idea what sort of quantities are good/bad/indifferent and whether they would have any adverse effects if given to a bun with a healthy liver.
