how long to wait after neutering ..

Hello! I have a neutered male rabbit who I would like to put with an unspayed female - (she will be getting neutered when she is slightly older). They are both friendly and I would like them to have a run round together.
How long would I need to wait before putting them together without worrying that he might still be able to get her pregnant? I think that I have read three weeks but my vet told me 3 months..

6 weeks is the suggested time if you want to bond a newly neutered male with an unneutered female to avoid the risk of pregnancy.

For some males who are hormonal and very humpy buns this can be too early and you can only find out when you put them together, if this happens abandon and leave it a few more weeks.
