I "think" the recommended proceedure is that someone in particular, (Hugo's There?) contacts them with advice before it gets reported, removed and the bun suffers an uncertain fate elsewhere.

this is why children shouldn't be given pets as 'gifts' i allways see little kids in p@h saying 'mummy can i have a cute rabbit theres a pink cage for 40 it can live in'
