Well they already seem to be looking ALOT better, no redness and no more itching, so we think it may have actually been the start of ear mites but he has then took an allergic reaction to the mites ? making it all look 10 times worse , but he is much happier again

oh it really is , he was my first bun so I really have quite a soft spot for the wee guy , even though is is a grumpy old man now :lol:
