mites!

If a rabbit has mites would u be able to see them? Going back to the scab Minnie has its still there although drying up,I was thinking cud b from her vhd jab but I've noticed another one now which I think is fromn that,I've looked all through her fur and can't see anything aand any flakey bits in her fur are near the scab,also does anyone know if if rabbits can have birth marks cus I've noticed a patch of skin that's dark like a birthmark.
