Can Harry go in the run tomorrow ?

Harry got neutered on Friday and I him inside for the first night. He was eating fine and drinking so I brought him outside this afternoon, and has been in his hutch.
Will he be ok for me to let him out into the run tomorrow?

If the grass is soft I can't see it irritating his wounds (Btw he's not on hay\woodshavings is he?), but I wouldn't want the soil near him. Can you scrub a bit of the paving down and put him on there?

He's being bedded on newspaper and shredded paper , and yeah the run is already on the slabs

Give the slabs a good sweep and disinfect I'm sure he'll be fine, and maybe give him something comfy to sit on?
