A question on drying herbs for the bunny.

At the bottom of the garden we have a whole heap of dandelions and sage that we've deliberately let grow for the bunnies. My question is, how do I go about drying them out?

I just pick mine give them a thorough wash, dry with an old towel and allow to dry out in the conservatory or green house until they're crisp and then store them for winter. I tend to find dandelions air dry very well as does bramble.

Ooh that's good! I was expecting to be told I have to use an oven which I don't think my roommates would like lol

Dandelions stink when dried in an oven, as I recently found out! :mrgreen:
