What exactly is it?

I hear a lot of people talking about it, is it just hyper bunnies at this time? I guess as it is naturally their mating season they are more likely to be hyper?

It basically means a lot of humping! They chase, grunt, and mount each other a LOT more than normal.

The change in light causes a chemical reaction in rabbits, which increases hormone levels.

It often leads to increased territorial / hormonal behaviour, such as humping, chasing, fur pulling etc.

It depends on the weather in your area really. If the weather keeps changing I think it makes it worse.
